The city of Bella Vista will be conducting a self-evaluation for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
This is a procedure in which the city evaluates its buildings, services, policies and practices to make sure they are reasonably accessible to all individuals, in compliance with the requirements of the ADA.
During the evaluation, the city will identify programs, activities and services and review policies and practices that apply to the administration of these. The city will accept public comment on this process.
