Bella Vista City Hall does not, in fact, house any employees of the Property Owners Association.

"It's been three years and they still come here looking for the POA," Bella Vista City Hall office assistant Vicki Hare said. "Probably about 20 people a week."

Often, she said, the people in question are given erroneous directions and end up at the old POA office in Town Center West, which became City Hall in 2014. They're often agitated, she said, when they find out they're in the wrong place. While she would like to help, she cannot take assessments or water payments.

There is, she said, a payment box outside City Hall for that purpose.

The POA has a Membership Services office at the Water Department building at 51 Huntley Lane, and another on the east side at the Metfield Clubhouse at 3 Euston Road. Membership Services can also be reached via phone at 479-855-8000.

"We can't take assessment fees, we can't take water payments," Hare reiterated. "But there is a box out in front, or you can go to one of their offices."
