12:31 a.m. Police arrested Donovan Harris, 20, on an out-of-town warrant. Harris was spotted in Sugar Creek Center.

10:22 a.m. Dakota King, 25, turned himself in on a warrant for failure to appear as well as an out-of-town warrant.

1:08 p.m. Two chickens were spotted in the Sugar Creek 10 Theatre parking lot.

10:19 p.m. Someone came to the police department and requested a search of his or her vehicle. The individual believed drugs may have been planted in the car, according to the dispatch log.

Tuesday, Dec. 5

8:17 a.m. A suspicious red pickup was spotted by the Metfield golf course. Police investigated and discovered the truck belonged to a course maintenance crew.

5:39 p.m. Christopher Johnson, 29, turned himself in on a warrant for failure to appear related to charges of careless driving and driving without insurance.

Wednesday, Dec. 6

11:21 a.m. A van reportedly hit a mailbox on Pamona Drive.

12:27 p.m. Firefighters dealt with a stove fire on Clyde Lane.

9:36 p.m. Patrick Engleman, 35, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop near the intersection of U.S. Highway 71 and Arkansas Highway 340.

1:44 p.m. Shawn Sebeck, 26, turned himself in on a warrant for failure to appear.

5:52 p.m. A silver Honda was reportedly speeding North on U.S. Highway 71.

Friday, Dec. 8

4:06 p.m. Firefighters checked on a fire alarm on Harrington Drive. The alarm was tripped accidentally.

7:19 p.m. Ken McMaster, 37, turned himself in on a warrant for contempt of court related to charges of driving without proof of insurance and driving with expired tags.

12:40 p.m. Police helped a Mellor Lane resident who wanted an officer to scare a misbehaving child.

9:30 p.m. A Hadleigh Lane resident reported someone ran over his mailbox.

Sunday, Dec 10

1:03 a.m. Police talked to someone playing loud music on Cromer Drive.

7:55 a.m. A deer was hit by a car near the intersection of Grosvenor Road and Letchworth Drive.
