Sixty members and guests of the Bella Vista Fly-Tyers Club held their annual spring picnic at Blowing Springs Park on April 21. Members were treated to a lunch featuring bratwurst, potato salad and baked beans.
The picnic was coordinated by chief chef Larry Lamar. Grill masters Frank Gorishek and Buck Caton provided the finishing touches to the bratwurst. Beautiful sunshine and fellowship were felt by all.
The Bella Vista Fly-Tyers Club is a fishing, conservation, and service club consisting of approximately 180 members. The Club promotes fishing, lake, and recreational activities and conducts service projects throughout northwest Arkansas. The Club meets every Thursday morning beginning at 9 a.m. at Riordan Hall in Bella Vista.
