Bella Vista American Legion Post 341 will host a silent auction, dinner and talent show beginning at 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 19.
The auction begins at 4 p.m. with dinner at 5 p.m. and the show at 6 p.m.
The event is by ticket only. Tickets are $12 for an individual or $20 per couple and are available during normal hours at the post, located at U.S. 71 and Kingsland Road. Tickets are limited to the first 126 people.
Proceeds from the auction will go to support American Legion Baseball in Benton County and to start a boys' and girls' youth competitive air rifle shooting team, both of which are sanctioned by the national American Legion.
Payment of auction items will be by cash or check only and must be made that evening.
Auction items include: weekend getaways; tickets to shows in Branson, Mo., such as the Neil Diamond Tribute, Jonah and the Presleys; tools; baking items; cowboy hats; toys; fishing gear; a baby stroller and car seat; auto detailing; a handmade chair; and more.
Call Doug at 479-426-8723 to sign up to perform. Performers do not need a ticket if they are only participating in the talent show.
