Mr. and Mrs. Dale Morrisett of Bella Vista will celebrate their 60th anniversary when family and friends gather in the couple's home at Thanksgiving.
Dee Mcpeek and Dale Morrisett were united in marriage on Nov. 14, 1954, in the bride's home in Oklahoma, west of Mulhall. After the wedding, they drove to the Army engineer training center at Fort Belvoir, Va., where the groom was assigned for duty.
The couple have four children and six grandchildren. They have resided in Bella Vista since December 1996.
