City

• City Council: The regular monthly meeting will take place at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 25, at Highlands Crossing, 1801 Forest Hills Blvd.

• Planning Commission: A work session will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27, in the training room at the Fire Department, 103 Town Center.

POA

• Lakes committee: The Joint Advisory Committee on Lakes will gather at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20, at Riordan Hall, 3 Riordan Drive.

• POA Board: The Property Owners Association Board will have its regular monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, in the board meeting room at the Bella Vista Country Club, 98 Clubhouse Drive.

• Assessment plan: Public meetings to share the association's new assessment plan will take place at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, in the Riordan Hall auditorium and at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27, in Riordan's meeting room.
