Tale of two persons
Let's see if I understand this correctly. We have two persons in Bella Vista.
No. 1 is a healthy 65-year-old man who has a large corporate pension and plays golf three or four time per week.
No. 2 is a 90-year-old widow lady who tries to stretch her meager Social Security so she can just get by.
Now the POA board wants to lower the golf fees for No. 1 above and to make up that loss they want to raise the widow's assessment so that she can subsidize his golf.
Sounds like a typical POA Board plan to me. Remember this when you vote.
