The citizens of Bella Vista have a privilege coming up Nov. 3, and that is to vote. We are so fortunate to have JB Portillo running for city council.
I met this very special lady over four years ago. During these years, she has always been active in our beautiful city. She gives a lot of volunteer hours, as well as sitting on board of directors for the BVCTV. She loves this community, sees its future clearly, and has the ability to really listen and put into action thoughts and ideas.
Please vote for JB, let her be one of your leaders here in Bella Vista. Integrity, vision, and she will put the citizens and city first.
