I endorse JB Portillo for Bella Vista Council. JB has been a strong proponent for Bella Vista for years and is a well-known advocate for our city.
JB serves with me on the board of directors of the Northwest Arkansas Master Naturalists where she is the treasurer. I can say without hesitation that she fully understands the financial aspects of our large organization and is always prepared with her detailed financial analysis. The understanding and preparation I have observed in JB will convey to her position on the city council.
I have worked closely with JB on several projects over the past few years and the intellect, can-do attitude, and enthusiasm she brings to all her endeavors bode well for the city and the residents. JB is never one to shy away from responsibilities and, in fact, freely gives of her time to assist others.
For these reasons, I encourage Bella Vista residents to elect JB Portillo to the city council.
