I want to applaud the board and staff of our POA for the 2020 assessment plan going up for a vote. The plan addresses one of the biggest issues to many of us -- the continued increase in fees to use our wonderful amenities at Bella Vista.
The plan eliminates many fees and reduces many others in exchange for a fair and balanced increase for both improved and unimproved properties. We ran the numbers for us and we will save hundreds of dollars a year. More importantly, we will likely use our amenities even more now. That is why we moved to Bella Vista, in the first place.
We are voting yes for Bella Vista's future and we encourage all of our friends and neighbors to do the same.
