9:36 p.m. Police arrested Heath Samples, 32, in connection with obstructing governmental operations, driving on a suspended license and out-of-town warrants, as well as Lena Payne, 19, in connection with possession of a controlled substance, obstructing governmental operations and felony simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, during a traffic stop at the Country Club.
