Bella Vista, "A Mecca for Golf in the Midwest," needs to have a full complement of courses to play to accommodate all ages and skill levels. We have this wonderfully developed asset -- the Brittany Cours -- that does not flood and needs to be better promoted and offered at a reasonable price to average golfers and youth(first tee).
Consider the following promotional suggestions:
Pricing 9-holes with cart/person
• $16 all and anyone
• $12 with photo ID
• $40 foursome with at least one photo ID
• $600 annual pass -- unlimited play with photo ID
• $11 all walkers
Provide optional forward tee boxes on No. 2, No. 5, No 7, and No. 8 making Brittany a complete Par 3 course to better accommodate older golfers and youth (first tee).
Early-Bird special (weekdays before 10 a.m.) free coffee and donut at the clubhouse
Work with youth programs (first tee) to help promote Brittany as a viable resource to enhance the golf experience for our future golfers.
I encourage all members to attend the meeting on May 14 to discuss this issue regarding our Brittany Golf Course.
