When I was taking the bus from Concordia north to Walmart, I was surprised by joy to see nothing but green grass and wildflowers flanking Highway 71. I made inquiries and learned it was the cleanup work of a group called Positively Bella Vista (as opposed to negatively). Thank you! You have made a positive difference to my weekly trips.
