Fay Jones exhibit

The temporary Fay Jones exhibit continues to draw visitors from all over northwest Arkansas and southern Missouri. Don't miss out on seeing it; it's a real tribute to the work of architect Fay Jones, who was a student of Frank Lloyd Wright and a native of Fayetteville. We also have several videos on Jones which are available for viewing near the exhibit. Admission is always free.

Open house

Our annual Open House has been scheduled from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25. Volunteer Bob Fuller is contacting local businesses to donate door prizes, and there will be a good selection of refreshments offered. The entire museum will be open for touring, so please mark the date on your calendar now and join us for the annual Open House.

New Gift Shop merchandise

We now have baseball caps with the city of Bella Vista logo imprinted on them, so if you are looking for the latest in Bella Vista souvenirs, the museum is definitely the place to visit. We also recently obtained a collection of Victorian house cookie jars with matching salt and pepper sets that would make great gifts for any household. Our regular merchandise ranges from jigsaw puzzles with Bella Vista scenes on them to magnets, Christmas ornaments, vintage postcards, books and more. Please come check us out, and tour all the exhibits representing the 100-plus years of Bella Vista history while you are here.
