There have been a number of letters in the Vista Weekly that have been critical of the POA. However, this gives a distorted view of the great city we live in.
Bella Vista is a great place to live! We have kept our facilities up to date. The golf courses have never been better. The exercise facilities at Branchwood have just been updated. The restaurants at the Country Club and Lake Point are doing good. The camping area at Blowing Springs has been improved. We have a new beach at Lake Avalon. There are new play areas at Metfield and Branchwood. Bike trails are growing. The list goes on and on. And, guess what? More people are moving in and the value of your homes continues to rise. Let's give the POA board credit and recognize the great job Tom Judson is doing.
If you don't like what the POA is doing, you can run for election. Maybe your platform could be "let's return Bella Vista to the way it looked 10 years ago."
