John and Susan Nuttall, Bella Vista residents, will present the second installment of Dollars and Sense -- Recreational Amenities at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, at the Bella Vista Country Club in the Vista Room. The purpose of the presentation is to provide property owners with data to make an informed discussion about the future of amenities in the Bella Vista community.
This balanced, fact-based presentation will discuss trends in usage and financial realities for recreation, lakes and golf amenities in the POA. Learn about which amenities are growing in popularity, which ones are declining, how much users are paying and how much the community is contributing. Common misconceptions are addressed, along with information from recent studies.
The discussion is a follow up to Dollars and Sense -- Golf that was presented in June with more than 100 members in attendance. The presentation is not sponsored by the POA nor the city of Bella Vista, and the information is gleaned from publicly available documents.
