Cooper Elementary School is proud to present the "Big 3" award winners for November.

The character word for November was honor -- letting someone know that you see how valuable they really are.

The core values are: "Treat others right," "Make smart decisions," and "Maximize your potential."

The school counselors talk about how the Big 3 core values interact with the word of the month.

The award comes with a certificate, a photo in the newspaper and a customized Chick-fil-A meal ticket that not only can be turned in for a free meal, it also lets the Chick-fil-A worker know what the student did so the worker can congratulate the student.
