For Bella Vista and the $6

The main voting issue is about protecting your home values. Our scenic community plus many amenities are what thousands of Bella Vistans moved here for and will continue to in the future.

Transfer everything to the city? Even our mayor states the City couldn't afford a takeover. Your property taxes would be a never-ending rise. Association dues are a bargain. What are we thinking to let an increase go by this long?

Look at Rogers, Bentonville and every other growing community around the country. They're working to add aquatic and fitness centers, hiking trails, dog parks, boating, people parks, fishing and community centers. Springdale's latest project is a $2 million park.

We already have multiple pools and lakes, tennis, pavilions, outdoor movie nights, trails, waterfalls, mini-putt, kid camps, clubhouses and so many "pluses." The available activities enhance family and retiree living. We do have The Good Life here.

National magazines and writers continue to praise BV ... but for how long if we don't do what's needed?

Six dollars a month is $1 more than the watermelon I bought yesterday. A sweet way to preserve so much of importance.
