In my opinion, a fellow named Tom Judson is the most dangerous person ever, ever to serve Bella Vistans on the POA board. He loves to spend other people's money.
I wish he had to pay every dime of his awesome changes to Bella Vista out of his own pocket. The POA is Cooper designed to support Cooper sales of properties in Bella Vista. We've lived here for nearly 30 years, and the only things we've ever done took place at old Riordan Hall. Now Tim Judson wants to tear that place down and replace it with his super expensive dream palace, using our money and our increased monthly POA fees to pay for it.
