Monday, Sept. 10

8:51 a.m. Police arrested Jay Turner, 57, on a felony warrant for terroristic threatening when he showed up at the police department for unrelated business.

9:03 a.m. Police received a report that someone in a maroon car pulled in at Republic Services, accosted a supervisor and took a hard hat from a worker. According to the dispatch log, the individual in question may have been intoxicated.

Tuesday, Sept. 11

12:39 a.m. Police arrested Dakota Casey, 21, in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to register a vehicle during a traffic stop on Arkansas Highway 279.

3:37 p.m. Glenn Stamper, 43, turned himself in on a warrant for failure to appear and contempt of court related to a shoplifting charge.

10:30 p.m. Police escorted a driver home after his lights failed near the Walgreens alongside U.S. Highway 71.

Wednesday, Sept. 12

2:33 p.m. Police arrested Jourdan Moody, 36, on an out-of-town warrant and in connection with driving with an expired vehicle license, no insurance and driving on a suspended license.

4:01 p.m. Police arrested Randy Whittenburg, 31, in connection with driving on a suspended license, no insurance and possession of a controlled substance during a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 71.

Thursday, Sept. 13

12:30 p.m. Police arrested Dexter Sudduth, 23, at the Bella Vista Police Department on two warrants for failure to appear, one related to a violation of a no-contact order and the other related to possession of a controlled substance.

4:44 p.m. Police received a report of kids riding go-carts on Woodbridge Drive.

5:58 p.m. Police arrested Amy Miller, 27, in connection with driving with an expired vehicle license and driving with a suspended license, related to a prior driving while intoxicated charge, during a traffic stop at Sugar Creek Center.

10:59 p.m. A driver who was cited for speeding reportedly expressed some regret. According to the dispatch log, "he stated that he should have driven over the state line instead of stopping."

Friday, Sept. 14

2:36 p.m. Police arrested James Binns, 27, in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance after serving a search warrant on Dillow Lane.

6:54 p.m. Police arrested Robert Moring, 58, in connection with disorderly conduct and obstruction, David Castelberry, 35, and Edward Lewis, 62, on out-of-town warrants after receiving a call about people fighting on Ipswich Drive.

9:48 p.m. Police arrested Matthew Gardner, 21, on out-of-town warrants during a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 71. Gardner was also cited for driving on a suspended license.

11:14 p.m. Police received a complaint about foxes on Ettington Drive.

Saturday, Sept. 15

12:48 a.m. A loud party was reported on Bishampton Lane.

5:39 a.m. Police arrested Rebecca Grinder, 20, on a Fayetteville warrant during a traffic stop near the intersection of Byron Lane and Lambeth Road.

10:33 p.m. Police arrested Samantha Garcia, 39, in connection with driving while intoxicated and refusal during a traffic stop near the Wonderland Cave on Dartmoor Road.

Sunday, Sept. 16

6:17 p.m. Police received a report of someone texting and driving on U.S. Highway 71.

8:11 p.m. Police received a report of a silver car sitting in the middle of the road on Lambourn Drive.
