Monday, Oct. 8

1:50 a.m. Police arrested Roykevius Spencer, 24, and Arrell Farmer, 35, on out-of-town warrants during a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 71.

7:58 a.m. Police arrested Bryan Swiney, 29, in connection with an assault on a family member in the third degree after receiving a disturbance call on Ramsey Drive.

4:28 p.m. Police handled a traffic accident involving a dump truck on its side at the intersection of U.S. Highway 71 and Kingsland Road.

9 p.m. Police arrested Brian Chadwell, 38, in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence during a traffic stop near the intersection of Arkansas Highway 340 and Cooper Road.

10:47 p.m. Police arrested Lisa Buchanan, 42, on an out-of-town warrant during a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. Highway 71 and Benton County Road 40. Buchanan was also cited in connection with driving with a fictitious vehicle license and driving on a suspended license.

Tuesday, Oct. 9

3:40 a.m. Police responded to a call about someone sleeping through a green light on Benton County Road 40.

9:24 a.m. Robby Byler, 43, turned himself in on a warrant for failure to appear related to a speeding charge.

1:15 p.m. Crouse Ashley, 37, turned herself in on three warrants.

5:04 p.m. Police served Dyke Moiseichik, 69, with a warrant for theft of property and accomplice to theft of property, both felony charges, on Churchill Drive.

Wednesday, Oct. 10

8:30 a.m. Police received a report that windows were broken out of an excavator near the intersection of Euston Road and Witherby Drive.

1:04 p.m. Police arrested Suzette Green, 46, on an out-of-town warrant during a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 71.

1:24 p.m. Someone in a gray Jeep reportedly drove off without paying for gas at the Casey's on Riordan Road.

2:22 p.m. Leona Carter, 30, turned herself in on a warrant for failure to appear related to charges of driving on a suspended license and operating a vehicle without taillights.

6:21 p.m. Firefighters responded to a possible structure fire at the tennis building on Riordan Road. The smoke smell was traced to an electrical box for the outside lights and staff was advised to contact the maintenance team.

8:46 p.m. Police arrested Natasha Ward, 23, on an out-of-town warrant during a traffic stop in the Harps parking lot.

Thursday, Oct. 11

4:31 p.m. Police received a call about a passenger refusing to pay for a taxi ride on Burnham Drive.

12:08 p.m. Police arrested William Arnett, 38, at the Bella Vista Police Department on two contempt of court warrants related to fines and costs, one for charges of driving on a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving with defective taillights; the other for a no proof of ownership and failure to register a vehicle charge.

11:11 p.m. Police arrested Randy Reinking, 59, in connection with driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop at Towncenter West.

Friday, Oct. 12

12:36 p.m. Police received a report of barking dogs on Lavendon Circle Drive.

3:00 p.m. Police received a report of a dead deer on Scotsdale Drive.

Saturday, Oct. 13

3:25 p.m. Firefighters responded to a fire alarm on Edenhall Lane. The smoke detector was set off by something burning on the stove, according to the dispatch log.

8:44 p.m. A vehicle reportedly rolled into a ravine on Taylor Drive. No injuries were reported.

Sunday, Oct. 14

12:06 a.m. Police arrested Pamela Philpott, 59, in connection with public intoxication and two counts of criminal trespassing after receiving a call about an intoxicated person accosting neighbors for a ride.

8:24 a.m. Police worked to secure a herd of cattle near the intersection of Bethnal Road and Grosvenor Road.

3:40 p.m. A hit and run accident was reported at Walgreens.

7:06 p.m. Police arrested Wesley Read, 41, on an out-of-town warrant during a traffic stop near the intersection of Trafalgar Road and Buckingham Drive.
