Bella Vista Lakes

The Bella Vista POA does a fair job with maintenance on the golf courses, but there is something else that needs maintenance -- the lakes. The lakes can handle what Mother Nature puts into them, but they can't handle many lake residents blowing grass clippings and leaves into the lakes. The lakes also can't handle fertilizers washed down from lake residents' lawns. All the inlets are filling in with the leaves and grass clippings. Since the POA is responsible for the lakes, why are they not stopping the grass clippings and leaves from being blown into the lakes? And why are they not cleaning out the inlets?

The residents who bought lakefront properties will not have lakefronts in the inlets if the POA doesn't start performing maintenance on the lakes. The POA already has the connections and permit experience from other dredging operations at launch ramps, etc.
