Lads & Lassies Golf Tournament May 12

The Lads & Lassies annual golf tournament will be held Saturday, May 12, at the Scotsdale Golf Course. This event is a couples scramble (one man, one woman) with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start. Cost is $60 per team and lunch is included. Prizes will be handed out at lunch. All profits from this tournament will be used for enhancements and improvements to the Scotsdale course.

Spring Couples Round Robin Golf Tournament May 18-20

This tournament will be held Friday, May 18 through Sunday, May 20, at the Bella Vista Country Club. This Bella Vista tournament is open to members and non‐members with a verifiable handicap. The format will be a Two Person Round Robin Scramble. The team must consist of one man and one woman. Teams will be placed into a flight consisting of six teams. You will play one nine-hole match against each respective team in your flight. All matches will be played using NET scores. Teams will be pre‐flighted based on USGA guidelines for handicapping a two person scramble. The team handicap will consist of 35% of the "A" Players handicap index added to 15% of the "B" Players handicap index. Tees will be -- Men: Blue Tees 59 or younger; White Tees 60‐74; Red Tees 75 and older. Women: Red Tees 74 or younger with Gold Tees 75 and older. The schedule is as follows:

Friday, May 18:

4 p.m. -- Early Registration and Cocktail/Hors D'ourvres

5 p.m. -- Spring Couples SHOOTOUT

Saturday, May 19:

7:30 a.m. -- Late Registration

9 a.m. -- Match #1

Box lunch

11:30 a.m. -- Match #2

2 p.m. -- Match #3

6 p.m. -- Dinner at BVCC

Sunday, May 20:

9 a.m. -- Match #4

11:30 a.m. -- Match #5

Lunch/Awards following play

Registration deadline is at 5 p.m. Friday, May 11. After this date and time, add a $10 late fee to the registration fee.

Bella Vista Courtesy Van Tournament June 1

The Bella Vista Courtesy Van's fifth annual "Fun Fore All Golf Tournament" will be held Friday, June 1, at Kingswood golf course. This year men, women and mixed teams will be welcome for an open four person scramble (2 flights) with a shotgun start. There will be prizes awarded, snacks and water on the course during play with lunch provided at the Kingsdale Pavilion. Hole sponsorships, both business and individual, are available for $100. Registration forms are available at the golf pro shops or call Jerry Ponder at 479-268-4236 with any questions.

Registration deadline is Friday, May 25, and limited to the first 36 registered teams.

Bella Vista Open Golf Tournament June 2

This Bella Vista tournament is open to members and non‐members with a verifiable handicap and is a Shotgun start at 8 a.m. Saturday, June 2, at the Bella Vista Country Club.

The format is a Two-Person Best Ball and each player will play his/her own ball until holed. All players will receive 100% of their course handicap and the best net score of the twosome will count as the team score. Mulligans will be $5 each, 1 per player maximum (all mulligan money goes to prizes and gift certificates will be awarded in both men's and women's divisions). Tournament Tee's for POA events will be: Men, Blue Tees ‐ 59 or younger; White Tees ‐ 60‐74 and Red Tees ‐ 75+. Women, Red Tees ‐ 74 or younger; Gold Tees ‐ 75+.

Registration deadline is at 5 pm on Wednesday, May 30. After this date add a $10 late fee to your registration.
