Monday, July 2

11:20 a.m. Michael Moore, 22, turned himself in on a warrant for contempt of court related to fines and costs. The original charge was driving on a suspended license.

2:21 p.m. An individual reportedly harassed someone else over a parking spot at Allen's.

4:14 p.m. Police received a report that someone's name was spray painted on a speed limit sign near the intersection of Hampstead Road and Dregg Lane. The report came from the named person, who said they did not paint the signs.

Tuesday, July 3

4:51 p.m. Police received a report of someone throwing mail from mailboxes into the street on Cranfield Drive.

9:54 p.m. Police worked with an angry crowd trying to leave the Independence Day celebration at the Loch Lomond park. People were attempting to leave by car through the same space people were walking. According to the dispatch log, the crowd calmed down shortly after police became aware of the situation.

Wednesday, July 4

1:30 p.m. Police received a report of a sign with hostile writing near the intersection of Chelsea Road and Riordan Road. Officers found a sign that read "this is our town" associated with people picking up trash.

4:40 p.m. Police arrested Mario Aguilar-Reyes, 26, in connection with driving while intoxicated, careless driving and speeding during a traffic stop near the intersection of Hampstead Road and Radcliffe Drive.

10:48 p.m. Police received a report of two individuals breaking into cars on Oxford Lane.

11:22 p.m. Police arrested Jimmy Holt, 39, on a Benton County felony warrant. Holt was spotted at Woodlawn Plaza.

11:55 p.m. Firefighters handled a brush fire on the Lake Rayburn dam that was believed to be caused by fireworks.

Thursday, July 5

1:28 p.m. Police arrested Randy Penn, 39, on an out-of-town felony warrant at Concordia.

2:00 p.m. Police investigated a possible burglary on Itetbury Lane.

11:19 p.m. Firefighters responded to a vehicle fire near the intersection of U.S. Highway 71 and Trafalgar Road. According to the dispatch log, the fire was caused by brake calipers locking up.

Friday, July 6

9:52 a.m. Police received a complaint about a dog going to the bathroom in an Angus Lane resident's yard.

7:57 p.m. Police received a report of fireworks being shot at the Lake Ann parking lot.

Saturday, July 7

12:44 p.m. Police received a report of people without identification trying to get someone to buy alcohol for them at the All in One gas station.

Sunday, July 8

11:08 a.m. Police arrested Matthew Best, 40, on a failure to appear warrant during a traffic stop near the intersection of Euston Road and Dartmoor Road.

10:04 p.m. A Hebrides Drive resident reported someone may have been trying to come in through the resident's front door. Police were unable to locate anyone in the area.
