Patricia Anne Davis

Patricia Anne Davis of Bella Vista, Ark., formerly of Carol Stream, Ill., died Dec. 31, 2017, in Bella Vista. She was born on April 19, 1944, in Melrose Park, Ill., to Wilbur Manire and Patricia (Price) Manire.

She graduated from Proviso West High School. She and her husband, Lee, moved to Bella Vista in 1999. She was a member of the Bella Vista Community Church and she enjoyed golfing, bowling, quilting and painting.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Warren Manire of Alabama.

Survivors include her husband, Erwin Lee; brother, Denny Manire (Cindy) of Florida; sister, Sandra Manire of Arkansas; three stepdaughters, Tamara Bulow, Linda Carroll (Joseph)and Brenda Mirandola (Mark); and nine grandchildren.

A "Celebration of Life" service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018, in the Chapel at Bella Vista Community Church.

Richard Lee Hopkins

Richard Lee Hopkins, 63, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Thursday, Jan. 04, 2018, at his residence. He was born Sept. 17, 1954, in Lake Charles, La., to Ruth Elaine King and Charles Hollis Hopkins.

He was a banker for many years. He enjoyed Michigan sports, baseball with his grandson, fishing and drinking good beer.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two siblings.

Survivors include one son, Eric Hopkins (Chandrika) of Oman; three daughters, Erin Hopkins of Pineville, Mo., Alissa Larkin (Dana) of Bella Vista and Kyra Pantall (Jonathan) of Rogers, Ark.; three brothers, Duane Hopkins (Deb) of Fremont, Mich., Mike Hopkins (Michelle) of Fremont and Terry Hopkins of Fremont; one sister, Marian Chilcote (Dave) of Twin Lake, Mich.; and six grandchildren.

Services will be at a later date in Michigan.

Arrangements are by Epting Funeral Home of Bella Vista.

Bernard Roman Schulz

Bernard Roman Schulz, 71, died Dec. 30, 2017, in Rogers, Ark. He was born on Aug. 22, 1946, in Wallace, Idaho, to Roman and Beatrice (Odne) Schulz.

He served in the U.S. Navy as a Corpsman in the Vietnam War. Before retiring to Bella Vista, he worked at Farmers Insurance for 34 years. His passions were golf, reading and boating.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Byron Schulz.

Survivors include his wife, MaryEllen; son, Justin Cady of Chicago, Ill.; daughter, Jessica and Steve Harsha of Phoenix, Ariz.; two brothers, Burel Schulz of San Antonio, Texas, and Ron Schulz of Idaho; and two grandchildren, Morgan and Grant.

Arrangements are by Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.

Michael Raymond See

Michael Raymond See, 66, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Dec. 12, 2017, following a courageous year-long battle with lung cancer. He was born to Howard See and Mildred (Putnam) See in Texas City, Texas.

He was an accountant by trade and worked as a CPA in energy and renewable energy, spanning entrepreneurial companies, utilities and, most recently, at Walmart Corporate Office.

Survivors include a daughter, Melanie Mattes (Matthew); a grandson, Carson Mattes; and a sister, Kathy Chalk (Ted).

There will be no public memorial in Arkansas. Interment will be in Texas at a later date.

Arrangements are by Bella Vista Funeral Home & Crematory of Bella Vista.
