Bella Vista Baptist Church

Bella Vista Baptist Church offers Sunday evening classes. A new series of classes begins Feb. 18 at 5 p.m. Being offered are Sticky Faith, in the youth room; Grief Share, in Grace Hall; Financial Peace, in the conference room; Discover 101, in the sanctuary.

Sticky Faith is a curriculum designed to provide parents with practical ideas to help develop lasting faith in their children. This is an eight-week class, one book per family will be provided.

Grief Share is a 12-week class and offers a caring group of people to share, listen, discuss any of life's most difficult experiences.

Financial Peace is a nine-lesson money class with a focus on step-by-step budget creation and how to pay off debt, spend wisely and save for the future.

Discover 101 is an eight-week study in "The Basics" of God's Word and applying His Word to one's life.

Bella Vista Community Church

The Bella Vista Community Church welcomes the community to Lenten activities held on Wednesdays, Feb. 14 through March 21; Lenten Meditations from 6:30-7 p.m. in the sanctuary; and Lenten soup suppers from 5:30-6:15 p.m. in McKay Hall. The cost for supper is $3 person or $5 per family and signup to 479-855-1126 is recommended.

Bella Vista Lutheran Church

The community is welcome to a Saturday night "Ignite" casual service which begins with a free meal at 5 p.m. and is followed by modern music.

The Shepherd's Food Pantry is open every Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Donations of jelly are requested. A donation container is located in the church narthex.

Forest Hills Church (American Baptist Congregation)

Pastor Mark Kirby will deliver his sermon, "Foggy Travels," from 1 Corinthians 13:12 at 10:45 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 11.

Highlands Church (United Methodist Congregation)

The community is welcome to attend a moving Ash Wednesday service, beginning at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 14.

The Community Blood Drive will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 28 at Highlands Church. Plan to eat well and drink plenty of fluids prior to the event. Photo identification is required.

Presbyterian Church of Bella Vista

This month's PCBV Sing-Along at Highlands Rehabilitation Center will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9. All of Bella Vista community is welcome to sing to lift the spirits of the Highlands residents.

PCBV Book Club meets at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 22, to discuss this month's theme: A Book in a Series. All residents and visitors are welcome to participate.

The Unitarian Universalists of Benton County

On Feb. 11, this month's theme of Earth continues with a group discussion of the talk entitled "I Am a Denizen of the Earth" by James C. Leach, senior minister, UU Church of Charlotte, N.C.

United Lutheran Church

The United Singles invites everyone to the Games & Snacks event at 10:30 a.m., Feb. 10, in the fellowship hall. Please bring favorite games and snacks to share with the group.

Ash Wednesday Services will be held at 12:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 14.

Unity Church of the Ozarks

Sunday, Feb. 11, Rev Elise Cowan presents "The Prospering Power of Love" at 10:30 a.m. Following the service, a group of people will stand for peace in the sanctuary. We hold the vision to assist in manifesting peace in the world.

Ash Wednesday service, including a 20-minute meditation, takes place from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14.

Monthly Women's Gathering will present a workshop, "Discover the Hidden Treasures Inside You," from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, in the sanctuary. All people are welcome.
