Heroes and Hamburgers fan

I had the privilege of spending the day at Simple Pleasures for Heroes and Hamburgers on Sept. 30. I am a volunteer for the Bella Vista Courtesy Van, and we were invited to set up a table to introduce our information and services to the nice people of our community. The weather was great, the people attending the event were friendly and generous to us, the Bella Vista Animal Shelter and the Village House.

Ken Miner and his lovely wife opened their gates to the residents of Bella Vista and have worked so hard at creating a special place to share with us all. I had not attended last year's Heroes and Hamburgers, but I hope to attend all of them in the future years.
