Ballot dividing the membership

In the first place, the POA is pitting lot owners against home owners. However, if we all read the top of the ballot, it reads, "If you do not vote on one of the questions, your ballot WILL STILL be counted toward the quorum requirement."

So, if we improved owners vote "No" for us and "Yes" for unimproved lot owners, it will still be counted as a vote. And majority wins.

We all know who will be paying $9 more a month because there are more unimproved lots than improved. Makes me feel like not only is the government screwing us, now the POA has figured out a way to do it, too.

I don't even know if this tactic is legal. Don't know how it can be. They are dividing us into two different kinds of people in the same town. Does that ring a bell with anyone? We need to voice our concern about this controversial, bad way of sending out a ballot.

Best way? Question 1 is a "No." Question 2 is a "No." Or, as Chuck Leffler said, "Throw you ballet in the trash."
