Festival issues Thank-yous

There are so many people, organizations and businesses to thank for their efforts in making the 48th Bella Vista Arts and Crafts Festival a success, despite Mother Nature's attempt to dampen our spirits.

To P.K. Kellenbarger, our site manager, and his staff (Ben Madden, Paul Williamsen and John Peshek) who worked for weeks to prepare the site and didn't let the cold and rain deter them.

To the city of Bella Vista, who always comes through with police and EMT support and this year really showed us what "community" is all about.

To Tom Wooters from Village Waste Water who showed up without even being asked and hung in with us through the entire show working on keeping the grounds safe for exhibitors and shoppers.

To the POA which worked diligently preparing the site for the Festival and provides so many services to us each year. To Cooper Communities for allowing us to use the property each year for the Festival.

To the Bella Vista Sunrise Rotary, Lifeline Riders Christian Motorcycle Association, Bentonville Kiwanis, Bella Vista Lutheran Church, Gravette High School Basketball Program, American Legion Post 341 and St. Bernard Men's Club for providing us hundreds of volunteer hours each year.

To The Bella Vista Business Association, Vacation Rentals, Bella Vista AARP, Bobcat of Northwest Arkansas, Clear Creek Golf Car, The Weekly Vista, Bella Vista Needlework Groups, Steve Rose Electric, AAA Fire Safety, Farmer Brothers Coffee, McDonalds on U.S. Highway 71, McKee Foods, Republic Services and Serfco Termite & Pest Control for providing us with products and services.

And to the the volunteers, artists and shoppers who stuck with us this year despite the weather -- THANK YOU ALL for another great year, and see you in 2017 for our 49th year!
