The beautiful yard of Ralph and Mary Bredl, 28 Kenilworth Dr., Bella Vista, was selected by Bella Vista Garden Club as October 2016 Yard of the Month.
The BVGC created the Yard of the Month program to promote and reward exemplary yard care in Bella Vista and to recognize neighbors who demonstrate above-average efforts in maintaining their property.
Nominate a yard via email to [email protected] or by calling 479-268-8325. Please provide the address and the homeowners name, if known. All nominations not selected will continue to be in the running for future recognition. Look at prospective neighbors to nominate or submit your own yard.
All homes in Bella Vista are eligible, and nominations are for the front and side yards jointly. One yard is chosen each month by members of BVGC who chose the yard that best exemplifies uniqueness, beauty and curb appeal. The winner receives a yard sign displaying the award and photos posted on community websites and submitted to local newspapers and other publications.
