Jerry C. Smith made a hole in one Nov. 21, 2016, on hole No. 4 at Scotsdale Golf Course.
He used a driver to hit the ball 105 yards. Over the course of his 71 years of golfing, this is his sixth hole-in-one.
Witnesses included Carroll Holsted, Patrick Brady, Phil Salyards and Merle Burnett.
