Spetic tank error
Last week I had a Letter to the Editor regarding the potential issues for the proposed new county septic regulations.
During my conversation with one of the authors of the regulation, we discussed potential implications for the city of Bella Vista, which is what I wrote about.
At no time was I advised that this regulation was for unincorporated areas of the county and would not apply to the city.
I apologize for any consternation that my letter caused, but I had apparently not been properly informed.
