Monday, Sept. 28

• 4:12 p.m. After receiving a complaint about a vehicle on Lancashire Road near Town Center, Bruce James, 50, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

• 4:42 p.m. A caller complained about donkeys loose on Euston Road.

Tuesday, Sept. 29

• 11:11 a.m. Police served a warrant at the Benton County Jail to Mark Lescault, 34, for failure to appear stemming from original charges of possession of a controlled substance and contempt of court.

• 4:21 p.m. A caller near Dogwood and Cooper roads said a man was acting intoxicated. They told police they were concerned for the safety of children because the man was near a bus stop.

• 7:44 p.m. A caller on Theodore Drive told police her boyfriend threw a can at her work truck and damaged it.

• 8 p.m. A caller on Sunderland Drive said there was a raccoon hanging from a windowsill in her house and she needed help removing it.

Wednesday, Sept. 30

• 3:58 p.m. Jill Woodward-Kuhn, 60, turned herself in for a felony warrant for hindering apprehension.

• 4:05 p.m. Michelle Reif, 24, was arrested on a warrant out of Centerton after a traffic stop on U.S. 71.

• 4:15 p.m. A caller on Eleanor Lane told police someone keeps stealing her traffic cones.

• 7:35 p.m. Police responded to a disturbance on Grisham Drive.

Thursday, Oct. 1

• 10:58 a.m. A caller on Johnson Lane told police a border collie outside was keeping his wife from getting to her vehicle.

• 8:02 p.m. Martin Anderson, 28, was arrested for four counts of disregarding a traffic control device, felony fleeing, driving left of center, reckless driving and aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer after a traffic stop on U.S. 71.

Friday, Oct. 2

• 12:25 a.m. Police issued a citation for lewd conduct to a couple in a vehicle near the Veterans Wall of Honor.

• 12:47 p.m. Police served Michael Bidwell, 54, a warrant for failure to appear stemming from a traffic offense at the Benton County Jail.

• 6:23 p.m. Scott Clayton, 19, was cited by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission for shooting geese at Lake Avalon Park.

Saturday, Oct. 3

• 12:19 a.m. Seth Smith, 19, was arrested for driving under the influence after a traffic stop on U.S. 71.

• 8:58 a.m. Police responded to a disturbance at Burford Lane.

• 9:12 a.m. A caller on Barrhead Lane reported theft of medications.

• 10:05 a.m. Police responded to a disturbance on Fulston Circle.

• 11:05 a.m. Matthew Stockton, 23, turned himself in on a warrant for failure to appear stemming from an original charge of driving without wearing a seat belt.

• 10:22 p.m. A caller reported a black male walking up Wellington Road. The caller said it was "suspicious" because the man had no car and was on foot.

Sunday, Oct. 4

• 1:52 a.m. A caller on Hope Drive told police they found a bullet hole in their wall.

• 3:19 p.m. A caller on Grisham Drive said someone rang her doorbell then wiggled the doorknob.

• 4:03 p.m. A caller on Hope Drive reported a theft.

• 5:50 p.m. A caller requested extra patrol for speeding cars near Bethnal Road and Harwood Lane because children often play in the area.

• 6:34 p.m. A caller near Elvendon Drive and Bradwell Lane reported seeing a panther, but advised it could have been a large, black cat.
