Arkansas' bow hunting season began Sept. 26 and the Bella Vista Village Property Owners Association would like to remind members of its hunting policy.
POA Policy 2.05 prohibits hunting on the association's common property within 50 yards of amenities, facilities and private residences, which is in accordance with state law. To view the policy, visit www.bellavistapoa.com/board/policy/boardpolicy.asp.
Hunting on private property is prohibited. The use and enjoyment of common property is for association members and their guests. Hunters are responsible for determining if property is common or private.
