Three Skills Challenge set

The Bella Vista Village Property Owners Association is continuing their year-long series of special events celebrating its 50th anniversary with the Three Skill Challenge golf tournament on May 30. The tournament will pay special tribute to John Cooper Sr.

Three Skills Challenge Tournament will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 30, at the Tanyard Creek Practice Center. There is a $10 entry fee. The deadline for registration is May 22 and it is open to all players.

The challenge will test participant's skills in driving, chipping and putting. Competing age groups: Junior (16 and under), Adult (17-49), Senior (50-69) and Legend (70 and older).

The tournament venue will offer food trucks and live entertainment featuring the Divas on Fire, Big Ones and Earl and Them. Entertainment starts at 4 p.m. Guest speakers will include Mayor Peter Christie and POA General Manager Tommy Bailey.
