HUNTSVILLE, Texas -- Colin Shrum graduated from Sam Houston State University during its spring 2015 commencement ceremonies.
Shrum earned a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice.
He also was named to the dean's list at the university. The list recognizes full-time undergraduate students who achieve at least a 3.5 GPA out of a possible 4.0 during a regular semester.
