Bella Vista Homesteaders

The Homesteaders will gather at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 3 at Concordia of Bella Vista. Grace Depper will present our program on "Faith in Action." Healthy snack foods are always welcomed for the children.

Lions Club

At 5:45 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3, Bella Vista's social Lions Club will entertain Bill Crawford for a brief talk about Benton County's Helping Hands Organization. The public is invited as guests to enjoy a dinner and the presentation.

The club meets the first and third Tuesdays of each month for its 5:45 p.m. dinner buffet meeting upstairs at Concordia Retirement Center's main building, 1 Concordia Drive. All guests are welcome. Lions are currently seeking new charitably-minded members.

Bella Vista Sunrise Rotary Club

At the Feb. 4 meeting of Bella Vista Sunrise Rotary Club the speakers will be the librarian and literacy coach from Cooper Elementary School.

Bella Vista Sunrise Rotary has a breakfast meeting every Wednesday at 6:45 am, at Concordia Retirement Center, main building, 1 Concordia Drive, Bella Vista. For information call 479-876-2664.

Kingsdale Squares

The Squares will hold their weekly square dance from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, Feb. 2, at Riordan Hall in Bella Vista. A brief workshop at 6:30 p.m. will precede the dance. Johnny Eubanks will be the caller. Beginning square dance lessons are scheduled from 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 14 .

First Friday Book Review Club

(Formerly Welcome Book Club)

The public is invited to join the club for book reviews given by club members once a month. Meetings are held at 1 p.m. the first Friday of the month and refreshments are served.

Andante Music Club

The club will hold a meeting entitled "Melodies of Love" at 1 p.m. Tuesday Feb. 3 at the Highlands Christian Church on Forest Hills Boulevard. In commemoration of Valentine's Day, club members will perform love songs. A special guest will be announced.

The hymn of the month is "I Sing the Mighty Power of God." The folksong will be "Let Me Call You Sweetheart." Everyone is welcome to attend the meetings.
