FAYETTEVILLE -- Delta Trust is proud to announce the promotion of Tamara Phillips to Northwest Arkansas Regional Retail Manager. Phillips has served as Fayetteville branch manager since its opening in 2009.

"Tamara opened the Fayetteville branch and has been with her clients since day one. She builds strong relationships with everyone that walks in the door, and we look forward to offering all of our clients that level of personal service," said John Howell, Northwest Arkansas president.

Phillips now oversees the operations of the Fayetteville and Bella Vista branches.

She has over 18 years of banking experience and serves as the bank's representative on Delta Trust's Fayetteville and Bella Vista advisory councils.
