Last week in the police log, the Weekly Vista referred to Windell Hawkins, an unregistered sex offender living Bella Vista, as a resident in Concordia Retirement Center, 1 Concordia Drive. He was a patient receiving treatment at Concordia Health & Rehab, 7 Professional Drive.
